The system features (4) high-definition (1080P) vandal-proof cameras and an onboard professional digital video recorder (DVR) to record and maintain weeks of video data. Two of the four security cameras are dual-shutter high speed license plate cameras, manufactured to record ingress and egress vehicle traffic. The cameras can read the license plate of a moving vehicle traveling up to 60 miles per hour!

Country Club Estates of Winter Haven Chooses Mid Florida Audio & Video

Country Club Estates of Winter Haven, FL recently purchased a commercial-grade security camera system from Mid Florida Audio & Video to monitor its ingress and egress traffic.

Mid Florida Audio & Video’s surveillance professionals installed the system from the ground-up, ensuring the staff at Country Club Estates is educated on proper use and maintenance of the system.

Country Club Estates’ security system is comprised of six high-definition cameras, including two dual-shutter “high-speed” cameras to monitor the license plates of vehicles moving upwards of 45MPH! The system has an on-board digital video recorder (DVR) that will archive recorded events. These recordings can easily be saved to external storage for use by law enforcement, etc.

Driver License Camera: All HOAs Need One!

Most homeowner’s associations have a basic camera setup at the main entrance to record ingress/egress vehicles and possibly the license plate.

However, Mid Florida Audio & Video has designed a system for community security to record visitors’ driver license information quickly and painlessly.

The security official would ask the visitor for their driver license, place the license in the above receptacle for a few seconds, and then remove and return to the driver. Once completed, the driver license will have been recorded and retained on the hard drive. This added layer of security combined with vehicle/license plate cameras allows homeowner’s associations and law enforcement to keep track of individuals entering/exiting a premises.
