Trinity Apartments of Lakeland recently had Mid Florida Audio/Video install security cameras on their property. The surveillance system included a digital video recorder that is networked to enable the staff to monitor camera locations and residents safety without leaving their areas. With this system in place, if a staff member sees an incident, they are able to immediately alert security or EMS. The DVR archives video for approximately 30 days. In that time, if an incident occurs and the authorities need video proof, they simply review the DVR archive, isolate the video and download it to a DVD or USB flash drive.
